Summary
By applying for or accepting grant funds from Grantaids, recipients enter into a binding agreement to comply with eligibility criteria, referral obligations, fund usage restrictions, reporting requirements, and other conditions designed to ensure transparency, impact, and sustainability.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be legal adults (18 years or older) and complete the official grant application fully and truthfully to qualify for funding. All required documentation—such as proof of identity and financial need—must be submitted to validate eligibility Health Research Alliance. Payment of the relevant membership fee is a prerequisite for grant consideration.
2. Referral Requirement (Pre-Disbursement)
Prior to any disbursement, each grantee must refer one to two new applicants who register and pay the membership fee on Grantaids.com. Referral verification—via unique referral codes or confirmation emails—must be provided and approved by our team. This mechanism supports broader outreach and underpins future grant cycles.
3. Grant Amount & Disbursement
Award notifications will specify the approved amount, which varies based on needs assessment, funding availability, and review outcomes. Funds are remitted by bank transfer, PayPal, or check within 7–14 business days after all conditions—including referrals—are satisfied. Grants are non-repayable except in instances of confirmed misuse.
4. Permitted Use of Funds
Recipients must allocate grant proceeds solely to the purpose detailed in their application (e.g., business startup, educational expenses, emergency relief). Any deviation requires prior written approval; unauthorized use may trigger legal remedies and disqualification from future programs.
5. Reporting & Impact Evaluation
Within 30–60 days of disbursement, grantees must submit a brief report—written, photographic, or video—documenting fund utilization and outcomes. Additional information may be requested to verify compliance and measure program effectiveness.
6. Misrepresentation & Recovery
Provision of false or misleading information during application or reporting constitutes fraud, leading to immediate grant forfeiture, legal action, and obligations to repay disbursed funds. Queens Bookkeeping and Consulting Services LLC reserves full rights to audit, investigate, and recover funds in cases of suspected misuse.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment & Amendments
Submission of an application signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Grantaids may revise this policy at any time; continued participation after notice constitutes consent to updated provisions.
